COVID-19 travel advisory project
Spearheaded the launch of an interactive tool that helped customers understand which countries were open/closed for travel as well as their COVID testing & quarantine requirements and other key information, in addition to travel guidelines for their country of origin.
End-to-end omni-channel project management including conceptualization, content frameworks, structure, wireframes, customer journey, launch, awareness, omni-channel marketing and day-to-day operations, research and content development, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
